At the same time, it uses a full servo system for precise control to ensure the neatness of the stacking and the stability of the production process. It is suitable for a wide range of materials, including SAP sheet (super absorbent resin sheet) and nonwoven (non-woven fabric). The width of SAP sheet ranges from 85-120mm, and the effective C-type folding material width is 135-260mm, which meets the production needs of products of different specifications.
In addition, the machine is designed to have a maximum speed of 300 m/min, a normal operating speed of 180-250 m/min, and a C-folding speed of 180-250 m/min, ensuring efficient production capacity. At the same time, the maximum SAP sheet unwinding diameter can reach Φ1200mm, supporting long-term continuous production.
